BIA is led by a team of USC international students and a competitive cohort of fellows. Below is how we are organized — individual leadership profiles are on the way.
Leadership team
Officers run BIA's programming, partnerships, technology, and operations — planning events, managing the community, and building the tools members use.
Cohort fellows
80+ past and current fellows, selected through competitive, interview-based rounds each semester. Fellows lead initiatives and mentor incoming students.
Class-year groups
The community is organized into four class-year groups, so members connect with peers at the same stage and pass knowledge down each year.
Advisors & partners
BIA works alongside USC contacts and industry partners who support events, recruiting sessions, and career resources for members.
